Experience. Precision.
Coordinated care.

Paul Salinas, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon and a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.

A native of Dallas, he returned home after his neurosurgical training to establish Frisco Spine, bringing multidisciplinary spine care together in one location.

His practice includes minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery, as well as cranial care. Evaluation and treatment planning connect neurosurgery with imaging, physical therapy, neurology, and pain management.

Care begins with an evaluation of your symptoms, examination, and imaging. Treatment recommendations are tailored to your needs.
